Terms of service

Special written agreements between Extensia International Systems Inc. & it’s customers may void or alter these said Terms & Conditions.
    1. The approved drawing by the customer will be considered the final contract for fabricated or modifications.
    2. For all orders over $250.00 in value, a customer purchase order number or approval email is required to process the order.
    3. All orders are subject for approval by our credit department.
    4. Quotations are valid for a period of 30 days from such date.
    5. All prices are subject to change without notice.
    6. Transport is not included in our pricing, unless otherwise agreed upon by the customer & Extensia International Systems Inc.
            • Deliveries made by Extensia International Systems Inc. route drivers are $50 unless otherwise negotiated.
            • Damage caused to products during transportation from outside carrier are subject to a Warranty Claim evaluation.  Shipments over $1000.00 automatically subject to shippers’ insurance.
7) Payment terms are Credit Card / C.O.D. unless otherwise negotiated. Invoice balances due beyond 30 days may be charged 1.5% per month interest. Customers will be liable for all collection costs & attorney fees.
8) On custom signage, all C.O.D. shipments require a 50% payment before the order goes into production & the balance upon delivery. Regular Credit Card/Prepay procedures will be applied on all other orders.
9) Delivery dates are agreed upon between Extensia International Systems Inc. & the customer & are based upon the actual shop volume at Extensia International Systems Inc. factory at the time of order.
10) All drawings, reference documents & or specification information, remain the property of Extensia International Systems Inc. & cannot be reproduced without written authorization from Extensia International Systems Inc..
11) All emergency & expedited orders are subject to an additional fee.
12) Please contact a Extensia International Systems Inc. sales representative for special quoting on current international fees.
13) The edges of the extrusions are guaranteed to have consistent color and finish, the remaining sign body is not.
14) All extrusions with a curved face wider than 8.5” are made from multiple sections & will have visible lines.
15) Faces of the extrusions are not recommended for the base of your artwork.
